SHIPMENTS AND REFUNDS

Orders

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipments

We ship our period care products worldwide. We offer free shipping in the UK, and shipping costs are calculated for the rest of the countries when placing an order.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed, and the estimated delivery times from the shipping date are 2-4 days in the UK, and 7-10 days for international shippings.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer a menstrual cup satisfaction guarantee, and we are happy to replace the cup for a different size free of cost if the one you ordered doesn’t fit well, but only if you have spoken to a member of our team for support. We will waive the cost of the new cup, but the shipping costs of returning the original cup and shipping the new one will be covered buy you. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must have spoken to a member of our team to see if they can support you first. The product must be in the original packaging to be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Returns/Replacements Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
